In an attempt to prove the theories of conspiracy and of the government’s hidden plans, the government announced in October 2013 that the trials would resume. With the announcement, 4,000 pages of documents and interrogation protocols were released, which can be found on the AKP website. The opposition reacted by saying the evidence was falsified and that the trials were nothing more than a propaganda tool.

In January 2008, 2 million copies of the newspaper Ahval (Nation) were distributed to schools in Çanakkale, one of the provinces in the province of Çanakkale where the incident took place. In August 2008, 1 million copies of the newspaper Makale (News) were distributed in the same province. The newspapers were released by the Çanakkale Administration of the Parliament of Turkey.
Trials
In September 2013, in the first trial to resume, two journalists of Hürriyet newspaper, Ozlem Öztürk and Fuat Yucel were accused of links to an armed coup attempt in the Çanakkale province. Öztürk was accused of giving a military uniform to a person accused of planning the coup, Yucel was accused of photographing a military officer, who supposedly planned the coup. Öztürk denied any knowledge of the plan, and Yucel said the military uniform had been bought for him at a military surplus store.
The second trial was a trial of five Turkish journalists, among them one of the journalists of the daily newspaper Vatan that was arrested in April 2013. In that trial the journalists were accused of conspiracy with the coup-organizers. The president of the newspaper, Serpil Kahraman, was arrested in the night between 24 and 25 April 2013 and was accused of being part of the “putschist organisation”. At the time of the arrest she was in the United States. Her lawyer Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu and the lawyers of the other four journalists were later arrested and tried for “membership in a terrorist organisation”. In the trial of the journalists, the court held that the journalists were responsible of the arrest of the president of Vatan. They were also accused of being part of a “putschist organisation”. There is no problem with your data, the table may be corrupted or there may be a hardware problem. It's a hard problem to debug.
The only common problem I've seen is an entry on an index (in this case the group index) with an incorrect column count, the error should occur if the correct count is present.
The error message indicates that the data is on row 4, column 6 but there are no data in that column.
If it's a hardware problem, it's probably going to work itself out with some time (if you let it).
If it's a table corruption you can try re-importing the data and take that opportunity to make a backup of your table. Or just backup your table and start again.

The error you get indicates a problem with the data (i.e. bad data on disk). As someone else mentioned, there are a number of possible reasons. These are just a few.
the column count is wrong (tbl.col.cnt is not even correct
the table is corrupted (if the error is indeed on row 4, col 6),
the disk drive is failing, or
the file is corrupt

I am using the code below to copy data from one sheet to another (I have 2 sheet, because one is a basic template and the other is the change for the customers.)

Basically it copies all the data in R1:R10000 into the sheet named "YOUR-SHEET" on the same row as the last row of the data.
What I would like to do is to copy the data in R1:R10000 and to shift the copy down from R1:R10000 to R1:R4 (
