This project started out as a simple tool for using the iTunes Search API to download 600x600px artwork for TV shows. However, it became a lot more popular than I expected and requests were made to add movie and iBook artwork. I've added these in addition to incorporating album artwork and app icons from the App Store.
I only really download the odd song that i like. I buy cd's if i want the album. However all of my cd's are ripped onto an external hard drive that i take to uni with me rather than carting 250+ cd's along on the boat.

I have downloaded full albums and usually it's because they're from an artist i am unsure about, i downloaded X+Y by Coldplay and deleted it a few weeks later, saved me from wasting a tenner and actually buying the over-hyped piece of wee! If i like the album i'll buy the cd, call me strange but i like having the inserts and an actual object that i can say i own. 2ff7e9595c
